The Nashville Instrumental Director's Association is an organization that provides church orchestra directors with an environment in which to interact, share innovative and exciting ideas and discuss topics relevant to ministry and management issues. The NIDA provides the opportunity for communication, feedback, and encouragement with a spiritual emphasis and the development of long-term friendships in a Christian atmosphere.
